What causes knee pain?▾
Knee pain can result from injury (ACL/PCL tear, meniscus damage), overuse (patellofemoral syndrome, bursitis), or degenerative conditions (osteoarthritis). Post-surgical pain after knee replacement or ligament repair is also common. Identifying the cause is key to choosing the right support: soft sleeves for mild pain, rigid braces for instability, ROM devices for post-surgical rehabilitation.
Who is most affected by knee conditions?▾
Knee conditions affect a wide range — from athletes (ACL tears, runner's knee) to older adults (osteoarthritis, TKR recovery) to post-surgical patients. Women are 2–8x more likely to experience ACL injuries due to biomechanical differences. Obesity significantly increases OA risk. People over 55 represent the majority of knee replacement patients in India.
When do I need a brace vs a sleeve?▾
Compression sleeves provide mild support and reduce swelling — suitable for mild OA, post-exercise soreness, or preventive use. Hinged braces offer structural support for ligament instability or mild post-surgical recovery. ROM (Range of Motion) splints with locking mechanisms are prescribed after major surgery (TKR, ACL reconstruction) to control the degree of bending during rehabilitation. When in doubt, consult our free telemedicine physio service.
Quick product guide
1
Mild pain / prevention → Compression sleeve or soft knee support. Open patella design for daily wear comfort.
2
Sports injury / instability → Hinged knee brace with side supports. Stabilises the joint during activity.
3
Post-surgery (TKR / ACL) → ROM splint with locking hinge. Controls the degree of bend at each recovery stage.
4
Chronic OA / pain management → Topical analgesic + unloader brace to reduce joint stress during daily activities.

Sort by relevance (default), rating, or price. "Benefit" line below product name in Rehab Teal 11px bold — e.g. "Ideal for post-ACL surgery". This is the key differentiator from a standard catalogue page — products are contextualised to the condition.

Sports injury / instability
Hinged functional brace
For ligament instability, sports activity with a recovering knee, or moderate OA. The hinged design provides mediolateral stability while allowing controlled flexion. Available in different rigidity levels.
Prescribed after ACL reconstruction, total knee replacement, or for chronic instability. ROM splints lock at specific angles to control rehab progression. Adjustable in 5° increments.
